Mekelle, Tigray – The Tigray Agricultural Research Institute (TARI)   management  had visited  all research centers and discussed on overall research activities implementation  conducted by each research centers with respect to their plan.  The management team also provided a platform for all center staff to voice concerns and issues that requires immediate attention. TARI management emphasized the urgency of addressing issues that directly impact the institute’s ability to deliver innovative agricultural technologies to the community. While some challenges may require long-term solutions, the management team committed to prioritizing those that can be resolved swiftly to ensure timely generation and promotion of research findings. The open dialogue between management and staff fostered a productive exchange of ideas and allowed for a comprehensive understanding of the current research landscape.  By addressing the concerns raised by the center staff, TARI aims to create a more conducive environment for research and development, ultimately benefiting the agricultural sector in Tigray.
